August

 August was full of outdoor adventure!

Skyler and Trey had a 50 mile bike ride.

From Lizardhead Pass

to Dolores, CO.

The boys rode along the highway.

I drove as a parent escort.

Can I just tell you, that those 4 hours were

some of the most stressful of my entire life???

Whew!

I can't believe they all made it down the mountain alive!

And then they cooled off in the Dolores river.

SOOOO much fun!

The end of August brings SCHOOL...

Paige started 4th grade!

She got to move to the "big kid" wing of Kemper. :)

And got her own locker!

Skyler started 8th grade!

His last year in middle school!

And Trey started 7th grade!

And football!!!

Josh went into Preschool this year!

He was super excited to be in the red room. :)

We had a picnic before his first day of school.

He goes in the afternoon.

And here he is in front of the sign at Beech Street!

Not on the first day, though...

He had some kind of crazy melt-down on day one. ;)

Trey played football this year for the CMS Jaguars!

He played wide receiver and cornerback

and loved every minute of it!

We all enjoyed his games!
